Four and Five Color Printing
Four color process jobs are printed on our 5-color Heidelberg press which leaves one ink unit open. This fifth unit can be used for several different purposes and is economical when combined with the other four units.

Special match PMS color
Some jobs, such as corporate logos require exact color matches to adhere to graphic standards. Spot color from the fifth unit gives this precise color match.

Special Inks
The fifth unit can be used to print metallic, fluorescent or pearlescent spot inks.

Varnishes
The fifth unit can be used to print glossy or matte varnish finishes covering the entire page (overall) or in a selected (spot) area.
